You can hardly ever meet real, native Mazury people nowadays. That causes a certain difficulty in local history discovery. Fortunately, there are some people who revive old traditions and handicraft. Weaving and embroidery were very popular in Mazury, so table coverings, sheets and cloths were in every household. The most popular embroidery elements were flowers, animals and some geometric shapes. Mazury embroidery directly influenced folk attire, but it was a sole decorative technique too.
