1. The Town Hall
The town hall is the focal part of Mragowo's market. It was build in 1825 and was the sign of the town growth. It was renewed in the 1990's and since then it has been regarded as the distinctive mark of Mragowo. The Warmia and Mazury Museum (affiliated part) is located in it. Some local NGO's have their headquarters there. Next to the building there is so called Bosnian Sentry Post, where the 9th Bosnian Regiment was quartered in 1790. These times, there is the part of museum devoted to the memory of Ernst Wiechert, a German writer, born in Pierslawek near Piecki. Next to it, there is a building of Bank Pekao S.A. In 1820, there was the first town bank in that place.

2. Old Mansions
The old mansions are mainly represented in the town centre. They are located by stone-paved streets, which create the atmosphere of an old Mazury town. One of well-saved buildings is the mansion on Maly Rynek Street, where the chemist's (Apteka Pod Orlem) founded by Mr Graape in 1819, who was the then chemist, is situated. Another building is the one of the granary, where fitness centre exists now.
3. John Paul II Square and the Pier
The square is opposite the town hall, long time ago there were some mansions. The statue of John Paul II by Wieslaw Kaczmarek of Olsztyn has been standing there since 2000. There are two pyramid oak trees near the statue. On the left you can see the tower in which a rabbi lived once. In the end of the square there is the pier, which is an excellent viewpoint on Czos Lake.
4. The Orthodox Church (former synagogue)
The church on Roosvelta Street is the former synagogue seized by the Nazi after the Crystal Night. The church was thoroughly renewed in 2000, and since then it has been a property of the Orthodox. The visit is possible after the consent of the Orthodox parish rector.

5. The Protestant Church
It was built in the middle of 18 th century, rebuilt a couple of times. Inside, there are the northern porch and apsis from 1753. Behind the altar, there is a gravestone from before 1786.

6. St. Adalbert's Church (Catholic)
It was built in 1860 thanks to the will of Justyna Tymnik, a rich widow, who gave her property to the Catholic parish. Today, there is the parish office and library in the building on Krolewiecka Street, formerly belonging to her.
7. The Mragowo Town Commune Office Building
The splendid building of 1912, in so called Dutch Neo-Renaissance style, is the seat of local authorities, i.e. Mragowo Town Commune Office, Mragowo Commune, Mragowo District Office. In front of the building, there is the statue of Krzysztof Celestyn Mrongowiusz. The nearby Orlen petrol station and the building behind it (of the former gauge railway station) is the one-time place of the burial of Russian soldiers, who have been exhumed and placed in the military cemetery in Gizycko.

8. The Statue of Krzysztof Celestyn Mrongowiusz Krzysztof Celestyn Mrongowiusz (1764 – 1855) was a well-known Mazury preacher, Polish proponent and teacher. Sensburg (the former, German name of the town), also called Zadzbork (by Mazury people) was given a new name Mragowo after him in 1946. Mrongowiusz has been the town patron since then. There is the patron statue in front of the Mragowo Town Commune Office building.

9. The Courthouse
The red brick building erected in 1898, in Neo-Gothic style, designed by the architect named Kakowski. Behind the court there was a prison which was burnt in the end of World War II. Until the building of the court was erected the court office and courtrooms had been in the town hall.
10. Wilenska Street and the Old Gas Works
Wilenska Street is an estate of detached houses. The name of the streeet is not indifferent. The people of Polish borderlands came to Mazury after the war and settled down. They named the street. Another borderland name is Nowogrodzka Street. The street is always in flowers and is calm. Going along Nowogrodzka Street you come to the old, inoperative gas works.
11. Mrongoville
Mrongoville this is the name of a newly-designed western town. It is patterned on the Wild West towns. It is another attraction for country music fans who arrive in Mragowo to listen to real country during yearly Country Picnic Festival. The headcorner stone was installed in 2004, giving the beginning of construction work.
12. The Dajna River
It is the second waterway after the Krutynia (in popularity). The Dajna connects the lakes of Mragowo neighbourhood and finally flows into the Guber. Paddling with the current you go to Czarne and Juno lakes. The whole waterway is 32 km long and finishes in Swieta Lipka.

13. 'Love Spring'
You can come to 'Love Spring', the place of lovers, walking along the shore of Czos Lake, passing the amphitheatre. The legend says that any lover who drinks the water will be in love until their death. Today lovers also visit the place, beautiful in spring in particular because of flowering white and yellow anemones.
14. Amphitheatre
It was built by Czos Lake in the 1980's. It hosts festivals and concerts. So called Festival Path, i.e. Jaszczurcza Gora Street leads to it. It changes into Kropowki during the country festival time.

15. Enchanted Ash
There stoods the old ash behind the Mragowo Town Commune Office building. The legend says that once upon a time Czos, the fisherman (the lake has the name) caught a small sturgeon, the king of fish's son. The king asked Perkun (Old-Prussian god) for a storm. The fisherman got drowned and his woman cried, so Perkun changed her into an ash tree by Czos Lake. These days the lake has the shoreline a little changed and the ash stoods a dozen meters further than before.

16. Na Ostrowiu Peninsula
In the beginning it was an island, than it became a peninsula. In old pictures you can see the significant connection to Wyspianskiego Street. Today some houses and villas are there. The shore of the peninsula has an excelent view of the lake. You can easily observe water birds and plants from there. This is the end of the trip.

17. Jeanike's Hill and Bismarck's Tower
There is so called Bismarck's tower in Sikorskiego Park near Brzozowa Street. It was built in 1898. Jeanike's Hill (the former name) was the walking place for the residents of Mragowo until World War I; you can find some remains of fountains and statues there. Bismarck's tower is currently available as a viewing point and a cafe.

18. Old cemeteries
Some old cemeteries are situated on Brzozowa Street. The Catholic one was found in the land given the Catholic parish by Justyna Tymnik. Next to it, in the place where the dry cleaning loundry is located, there was the Jew one. The latter was damaged by the Germans in 1936. In 1947 the place was leveled. On other side, there are the old Protestant and the Orthodox cemeteries. Near the latter, there is the nature monument – over 200-year-old linden.
19. Slowackiego Park
It is located in the outskirts on Wolnosci Street. It was one of the most beautiful parks in East Prussia in the interwar time. There were Waldheim restaurant, tennis courts, a rifle-range, playgrounds, alleys, fountains – all supported by lamplight. Today you can admire various forest stands there.
20. Cztery Wiatry Hill
It is located in Cztery Wiatry Peninsula. It has always been a great viewpoint. The hill is about 190 m high. There are three ski-lifts, five ski-tracks, snowboard and sledge tracks on the hill. At one time, there was a big windmill on the hill, you can see some remains of its foundation nowadays.
